- For ongoing services like SEO or digital marketing, we require 15 to 30 days’ notice.
 - For one-time services like web design, you may cancel at any stage. Charges will be based on the work already completed.
 - For event-based services, late cancellations may have higher charges because resources are booked in advance.

Refunds
- If no work has started, you will receive a full refund.
 - If part of the work is done, the refund will be adjusted fairly.
 - If the service is fully delivered, refunds are not available.
